F.A.S.T. (Functional Accelerated Sports Training) is a premiere complete comprehensive training center located in Lima, Ohio.

We have programs and services for adults, seniors, athletes, specialized fitness, nutrition and special needs to name a few.

We perform a complete comprehensive analysis to develop the proper training program tailored to age, physical makeup and individual goals.
